Company activity

The company sells textile products, works of art and goodies online via the Site. Any use of the Site implies acceptance of the present legal notice and the GTCS.

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as «GTCS») govern all sales of textile products made on the website (hereinafter referred to as «the Site») between the company operating the Site (hereinafter referred to as «the Seller») and any individual or legal entity making a purchase (hereinafter referred to as «the Customer»).
Any order placed on the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and represented as accurately as possible. However, a slight variation in color or texture may exist depending on the display medium. The Seller cannot be held responsible for these non-substantial differences.

3. Awards

The prices indicated on the Site are in euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC) for sales in France. For international sales, prices are expressed exclusive of tax (HT) and customs duties or additional taxes may be applied and will be charged to the Customer.
The Vendor reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is validated.

4. Control

The Customer may place an order by following the process indicated on the Site. The order is considered final upon receipt of confirmation by email.
The Vendor reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute, non-payment or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is made by the means proposed on the Site: credit card, electronic wallet, bank transfer or any other available means.
The order is validated only after confirmation of payment.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery times and methods
The Vendor offers delivery in France and abroad. Costs and delivery times vary according to destination and delivery method.
Delivery times are given as an indication only. Any delay will not give rise to any compensation.
6.2 Risks
Transport risks are transferred to the customer when the package is handed over to the carrier.
6.3 Acceptance
On receipt, the customer must check the condition of the package and make any necessary reservations. Any anomaly must be reported to the carrier and the Vendor within a reasonable time.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the consumer customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original, unworn and unwashed condition. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
The standard retraction form, in accordance with the appendix to article R221-1 of the French Consumer Code, is available in the appendix to these GCS.
7.1 Customized or unique products
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personalized products, products made to the customer's specifications or unique works of art are not subject to the right of withdrawal. These products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of defect or non-conformity.
7.2 Cancellation form for non-excluded products
The standard retraction form, in compliance with article R221-1 of the French Consumer Code, is available in the appendix to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for non-excluded products.

8. Returns and warranties

The customer benefits from the legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with articles L217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
Any non-conforming or defective product may be returned for exchange or refund.
8.1 Return conditions for customized or unique products
- Returns are only authorized if the product is defective or non-conforming.
- The customer must report the defect within a reasonable time and use suitable packaging to protect the product during transport.
- Transport must be insured, and the Customer must retain proof of shipment.
- Any damage occurring during return that does not comply with these conditions may result in refusal of the refund or exchange.

9. Liability

The Vendor may only be held liable in the event of a proven fault. The Vendor cannot be held responsible for :
- in the event of misuse of the product,
- in the event of force majeure,
- for any indirect damage.

10. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site are the exclusive property of the Vendor. Any reproduction, total or partial, is strictly forbidden.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the case of international sales, French law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of the consumer's country of residence.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of the Seller's registered office.13. Customer service
