1. Request a return

Before making a return, it is essential to contact our customer service department so that we can validate your request together.
To do this, our team will ask you for additional information and documents. Upon receipt of these elements, our team will confirm whether the return can be accepted. No parcel sent without prior request will be processed or accepted.

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to make this request.

At the time of your request :
- The reason for return is mandatory.
- The request must be validated by our teams before any return.

2. Return acceptance conditions

Once your request has been validated by our teams, you can return your parcel by respecting the following rules:
- The parcel must contain your order number (paper, note or print).
- Products must be new, unworn, unwashed and with their labels intact.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense (except for errors attributable to RNST-PROPAGANDART).
- Any parcel sent without prior validation or without an order number may be refused or not processed.

No unauthorized or unidentifiable returns will be accepted.
Once your parcel has been received, our logistics team will check the condition of the products. The refund will then be processed within a maximum of 14 working days, and the return costs will be deducted from the amount refunded.

3. Right of withdrawal (legal information)

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a statutory period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
This right entitles the holder to a refund, provided that :
- The item has not been worn, tried on or washed,
- The item must be strictly unpacked, with its original packaging intact,
- You send a formal request by email only: contact@rnst-propagandart.com
- You use the withdrawal form below or a clear statement.
The right of withdrawal may not be used to try out an item.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense (except for errors attributable to RNST-PROPAGANDART).
The refund includes the returned items as well as the initial standard delivery costs.
This will be done within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the return.

4. Sale products and limited editions, art boxes

Products on sale, limited editions and art boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.

What can I do if something goes wrong with my order?

First of all, we'd like to apologize if your delivery experience wasn't up to scratch. Every parcel is prepared with care, but something can always go wrong, and we're here to help. Here's what to do if something goes wrong:

My package is missing a product

First check the invoice you received in your order confirmation email.
If an item is missing without being mentioned in the shipping email, please contact us via our contact form specifying :
- Order number
- The missing product
- A photo of the package contents
We'll get back to you as soon as possible with a solution tailored to your needs

My package arrived damaged

Take photos of the parcel upon receipt within 48 hours of receiving the order with the following photos:
- Damage to the product
- Inside the package
- Package exterior
- The outside of the package with the shipping label clearly visible

Send them to us via contact form with your order number.
This will enable us to open an inquiry with the carrier and offer you a solution as soon as possible.

The product appears to be faulty or has a defect

Please send us :
- A photo of the product concerned
- A description of the problem encountered
Our team will analyze the situation to ensure the quality of your experience.

All these elements are essential for us to be able to open an inquiry with the carrier and find a rapid solution.
