Request a return<\/h3>\n<p>Before making a return, it is essential to contact our customer service department so that we can validate your request together.<br>To do this, our team will ask you for additional information and documents. Upon receipt of these elements, our team will confirm whether the return can be accepted. Return acceptance conditions<\/h3>\n<p>Once your request has been validated by our teams, you can return your parcel by respecting the following rules:<br>- The parcel must contain your order number (paper, note or print).<br>- Products must be new, unworn, unwashed and with their labels intact.<br>- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense (except for errors attributable to RNST-PROPAGANDART).<br>- Any parcel sent without prior validation or without an order number may be refused or not processed.<br><br>No unauthorized or unidentifiable returns will be accepted.<br>Once your parcel has been received, our logistics team will check the condition of the products. The refund will then be processed within a maximum of 14 working days, and the return costs will be deducted from the amount refunded.<\/p>\n<h3>3.
