What delivery methods are available?

Shipping and delivery

All information relating to delivery: times, methods, rates, countries served are directly accessible at the time of ordering, before payment.

Depending on the country and your address, you will be offered different shipping methods:

- Home delivery, with or without signature, via Colissimo (except for shipments weighing less than 100g, which will be sent by recorded delivery).
- Relay point delivery (if available in your area)

The choice of options depends on the delivery address you specify when placing your order.
How can I find out about delivery charges?

Once you have added a product to your basket, you can proceed to the next step and enter your country and delivery address.

The available delivery method(s) will be automatically displayed, with the corresponding price and estimated delivery time (in working days).
No fee will be charged until you confirm payment.
Which countries can I have delivered to?

We currently deliver to all European countries, as well as the rest of the world by Colissimo International. If you would like to know the options for your country, simply enter your full address when placing your order.
The available modes and rates will automatically appear according to the geographical area.

If your country does not appear in the delivery options, please write to us at contact form.
When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48-72 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), giving us time to select and pack your products.

Order processing times may vary according to product availability and peak periods.

Of course, we always do our utmost to ensure that your order is dispatched as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been prepared, it is dropped off at a postal outlet, where the carrier takes over. For deliveries in France, in most cases your parcel is dispatched within 3 or 4 days of preparation.
I did not receive a tracking number.

Once your order has been prepared, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number.

If you have not received this e-mail, there are several possible explanations:
- your order has not yet been processed.
- the e-mail address you provided when ordering is incorrect.
- our mail may have arrived in your spam folder, please check it.
My tracking shows "parcel delivered", but I haven't received anything.

Once your parcel is in the hands of the carrier, we unfortunately no longer have any control over the tracking of your delivery.

Here are a few ideas to explore:
- Has a delivery notice been left in your letterbox?
- Have you asked your neighbors? Maybe one of them picked up your parcel by mistake?
- Does anyone else have access to your mailbox?

If your parcel cannot be found, we invite you to contact La Poste - Colissimo by calling 3631 to find out more about the status of your parcel (make sure you have your tracking number, as you will be asked for it). We invite you to come back to us if their response is not sufficient.
Do you have a size guide?

The fit of some products may change from collection to collection. That's why we've created size guides to help you make your choice.

If a size guide is available for the product you wish to order, it will be accessible in the product description. Once on the product page, simply click on the “Size Guide” link if it is displayed, and you will obtain the measurements corresponding to this product.

Most of our textile products link to a size guide, but there are a very small number of products for which this is not the case, as most of them are almost sold out. For these products, don't hesitate to ask us for advice.
I would like to change size / make a return.
